Booker's Bourbon Batch 2018-1 "Kathleens Batch" is made up of barrels from five production dates aged in several different locations within three warehouses. The nose presents notes of leather, floral honey, caramel and vanilla. On the palate you'll notice a taste of rich butterscotch, brown sugar, dried cherries and a little allspice. The finish is a nice balance of toasted oak with caramel and brown sugar.COLOROur darkest and deepest amber and henna color.TASTEDDeep and complex flavors of vanilla, nuts and oak.AROMARobust vanilla and caramel notes; slightly smoky.FINISHLong and full; perfect for easygoing sipping.
