By The Dutch Batavia Arrack is a unique Indonesian rum, distilled from the fermented red rice, sugar cane, and fermented coconut water. It has a rich history, dating back to the Dutch East India Company in the 17th century. The rum is aged in oak barrels for up to 8 years, resulting in a complex flavor profile with notes of tropical fruit, spices, and a hint of smokiness.
