This mezcal is the first to innovate with Japanese Sakura casks, aged for 11 months and 11 days in bourbon and Sakura casks, followed by charcoal filtration. The unique flavor profile combines the smokiness of agave with the floral fragrances imparted by cherry wood. Our name, 11:11, signifies the invitation to relish the present. The aroma is low intensity and offers notes of agave, vanilla, and florals.
