Freeland Spirits Dry Gin is crafted using time-honored methods and natural botanicals, Freeland Spirits Dry Gin draws on Oregon's rich landscapes' complex flavors and aromas and captures a fiercely independent spirit of tradition and innovation. It is a truly unique spirit that was crafted by women, it is one of the few women owned and run distilleries in history. Molly Troupe was a genius, with a background in biochemistry and a Masters Degree in Distillation from Heriot Watt in Scotland, Molly commands perfection with every spirit she orchestrates. It is crafted by hand in small batches. In traditional copper pot stills with juniper and 13 other botanicals to life. Meanwhile, a state of the art vacuum still cajoles quieter flavors including fresh cucumber, rosemary, mint and thyme.
